  First with my complaints....   They need a sign saying "Seat Yourself" or "Please Wait to be Seated".   The uncomfortable standing there trying to get eye contact with a hostess is uncomfortable.  It's even more uncomfortable when someone (with limited English) points at a table and grunts something at you.    Perhaps someone with strong English language skills can work as a hostess...?  
  
  I wasn't a big fan of the signs telling you that you are limited to two scoops of available condiments.    Listen, if I'm enjoying Mongolian BBQ and I want three scoops of peanuts, or three scoops of pineapple on my bowl, let me have just that.   Don't brow beat me over pennies worth of cilantro!  
  
  Now for the positives....  The place was clean, and the food fresh.    My bowl was great.   I wouldn't mind going back, but I'd probably pick somewhere else next time I have Mon BBQ.

  This is the Minimum I can rate...
  I have gone here for Years with my Son. Never had a problem.. Today I went to get a To go order and the lady was upset. I wasn't really sure but I chalked it up to language barrier...
  
  As I paid and was taking my order with me she told me "No More Come" I wasn't sure what she meant.. I asked excuse me, "no more come- to go" I apologized and replied " I'm sorry,  is To Go only for Dinner orders" thinking it was my fault. I looked down and saw the menu price chart that was posted on the Counter. It showed both Lunch and Dinner To Go options and Prices... She had charged me a Dinner Price (+$3) I didn't overly care, As I pointed to menu she went on to tell me "Normal People can have to go, You to Big. No Come Back!" Again I was baffled. I asked, " no more to go? Or Not Again?" She said "No come  No Come"
  
  I was taken back since I'd eaten there for years.. Listening to her tell me normal people could only mean reference to my size 6'6 and 345lbs I'm a former NFL Lineman and Brown.. so I'm sad by this Action especially since my son and I have eaten here for almost 10 years.  
  
  I will be reaching out to whomever I can to address this issue but I say to all,  e wary.

  This place is absolutely horrible. If you are like myself & search for places to eat around when you don't have any idea, this is not a place that should even be an option.
  Waitresses seemed bothered when we asked for something to drink other than water, the food itself had no flavor at all.
  When getting your food back you have black specks all over them due to the grill not being cleaned. So you're getting all the burnt foods that were ahead of you all over your food.
  Hair was found on my food, that was clearly not my own.
  
  Don't go here, waste of time & money. If you're anything like me you'll leave hungry because it's not worth the stomach ache.

  The service was very bad the food did not taste good.
  My son wanted to take the food that he didn't finish home and they wouldn't give him my container they did post a sign saying no doggie bags.

  My family and I have been coming here for years this establishment is very friendly staff very well stocked in all delicious items to make a bowl for your lunch or for your dinner they give you soup and rice with your meal and water soda is by request and does cost extra they take very great effort in making every customer feel very warm and very welcome here plus you get delicious food I will drive from Lincoln to get great food I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who loves greet delicious Chinese food the rice is one of my favorite items and the soup is also another favorite item of mine I will definitely be coming back here again very soon for delicious Chinese food thank you so ugh Mongolian bbq for making such great delicious Chinese food I can't wait for my next visit I know it will delicious
